WWE Monday Night Raw Discussion (19th December 2011)
« on: 19 December 2011, 05:09:32 PM »

Punk Prevails in Triple Threat TLC
This week on Raw, it's the fallout from an eventful Tables, Ladders and Chairs pay-per-view. In the main event, CM Punk managed to overcome two men that despised him and vowed that he would not leave the champion: the Miz and Alberto Del Rio. He also managed to overcome Ricardo Rodriguez and a pair of handcuffs in a very eventful and dramatic Tables, Ladders and Chairs match! The question now is, what next for CM Punk as he looks towards the next big event: the Royal Rumble. Will one of his defeated opponents claim another Championship match, or will a new challenger appear to face Punk? What sort of plans could Interim General Manager, John Laurinaitis, have in store for the man that has been a constant thorn in his side?

Also on Raw
At TLC, Daniel Bryan shocked the world as he went against his word and cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on the NEW World Champion, the Big Show. Big Show, who had defeated Mark Henry just minutes earlier, was left helpless by the World's Strongest man, which allowed Bryan to cash in his briefcase and win the World Title. Will we hear from the submission specialist and new World Champion this week on Raw Supershow? Also at TLC, the Ryder Revolution finally managed to reach its goal as Zack Ryder managed to defeat Dolph Ziggler to win his first US Championship and end the longest title reign in WWE. What's next for both of these tremendous young stars? And finally, Triple H, the COO of the WWE, managed to right a few wrongs in his life by decisively defeating Kevin Nash in the first ever sledgehammer ladder match. Will Triple H now resume day to day operations of WWE once more? Find out all this and more on this week's Raw Supershow!

Two things I want to see tonight is, who is the next man in line to face Punk, since Miz and Del Rio as his challengers and challengers in the WWE Title hunt has lost it's luster.I hope Ziggler gets a shot, but I doubt it.Also Cena will show up after Kane attacked his ass a week ago.

I want Bryan to do something nasty to Cole. Plus Kane vs Cena likely starting. Should be a good raw.

Think I'll have a wank over these tomorrow.

I feel like this episode tried to affirm the new "guard" of faces. Its a shame the crowd were incredibly dead it seemed despite Punk pulling all the stops to try and get a reaction, next week should be good though in Chicago, hot reaction I expect for Punk and a new feud going into the rumble; I hope Ziggler gets a shot like others have said. The 6 man tag was enjoyable and it was nice to see something fresh as the RAW main event, funny hearing Cole whine all night about the results from TLC. I expect Big Show to once again change his character to a heel, no surprises there. I found Kane a bit of a flop this week, that choke thing just came across as boring. Can't remember much else but it was a good show.

Decent show, liked how they hyped the "new guard". More of the same from Kane so nothing to say there. Main event was good, pushed the new Epico/Primo tag team (with Rosa shaking her ass the whole time), so that's good. Mildly improving my interesting in WWE.

Think I'll have a wank over these tomorrow.

"Sexual Chocolate!" *CLAP CLAP CLAP*

Did anyone else notice that? :P

An enjoyable Raw, especially with the teaming up of Punk/Bryan/Ryder, and the acknowledgement that Punk and Bryan knew each other before the WWE as I wasn't expecting them to act like they know much about each other.

I did notice that i thought it was really funny. didn't they chant that at survivor series too?

I enjoyed the show i liked the theme of Punk/Bryan/Ryder and Miz/ADR/Ziggler too for that matter. for a Philly crowed though this crowed was shit. i don't understand why either.

The rest of the show was what was kind of meh though. the Cena/Kane stuff kinda flopped for me. and then we had the uso's who annoy me lose to primo and epico who haven't really looked legit yet and haven't impressed me as a team. i think hawkins and Reks should have this spot. then we had sheamus squash jinder again and then i didn't catch the divas but when alicias tried to talk on the mic after the match it was horrible.

My favorite thing was the announcers saying Jinder was rising up the ranks of the WWE.

What?
