I was looking at the upcoming games for this year and i noticed there isn't many exclusives. Matter of fact when it comes to the major games there's 1 major game coming out and that's Halo 4 for the 360. The PS3 doesn't have anything unless you count the LBP kart racing. haha.

And looking back the only other somewhat major exclusive that came out this year was Twisted Metal (PS3) which from everyone i have talked to who has played it they seemed not to really like it.

I guess technically you could say the Ratchet & Clank HD collections are coming out and i think that is awesome because those games are great but i can't help but wonder what happened to all the exclusives? i guess they figure at this point most people have both consoles and there is no real point in trying to make people want to buy one over the other with the new sony and microsft consoles looming.

I don't think most people have both consoles. I'm a pretty hardcore gamer and I only have a PS3. It's a hard expense to justify making twice for most people. I think that Sony just tapped their exclusive list dry for a while last year (they had like 12 solid exclusives). This year they still have Twisted Metal, Starhawk, LBP and they have a few good ones coming up in 2013 (Last of Us, God of War Ascension, Dust 514, Last Guardian hopefully, Sly Cooper 4, another Ratchet & Clank game), plus all the other series which are dormant. I'm sure they're saving some for the PS4 but I don't think they're holding back either. Plus they have the R&C collection, as well as another God of War collection and Infamous colleciton as well as a few good PSN exclusives. Microsoft has never really focused on exclusives this gen, they just buy up 3rd party games and DLC. With Sony it's really just that they had a bunch of exclusives last year and they're resting them before 2013.

Got Sleeping Dogs, so much fun. It's pretty much GTA in Hong Kong with a better combat system. I must be like 8 hours into a game and I haven't see a gun yet. Driving system is a little wonky but otherwise definitely worth checking out.

Yeah I heard about the driving, apparently that's getting patched though. I've got the demo sitting on my dashboard but haven't been bothered to play it yet.

Yeah I'm waiting on my freind to get done with it so i can barrow it. she said it's really good, Not sure if I'll have time with it with BL2 coming out next week and right now im playing the latest silent hill game.

It just seems like a lot of things are off by like a millisecond. The counter system is off and things seem to self-adjust when you're driving. But they're small complaints in the grand scheme of things. The voice cast is ridiculous too:

Anyone play the GOW multiplayer beta that was out. It was tons of fun.

Gears of war or God of war? We got new games of both franchises coming out and they will both have multi player.

I got it via PS+ but I think now it's available for everyone.
