Never bought any of the GTAIV DLC. is on PS3 or just shitty Xbox exclusives? I've actually been thinking of going back to it with all this talk, lol. I have a month and a half to kill until LA Noire :P

And that multiple character idea, it's basically from playing way too much Heavy Rain the last couple of weeks haha

Think I'll have a wank over these tomorrow.

No they did come out with the DLC for the PS3 but it was just later of course. i think they dropped the price of them to $10 each. i played TLATD and didn't like it too well. i bought TBOGT but have yet to bother with it yet.

I like the idea of having different characters and having the story tie in together as long as the make it flow right, one issue i have with these type of games is one thing a lot of people love and thats its open world and you can really do anything you want and like in the last game the story just didn't flow and there was stuff you had to do and it really took me out of the story a lot, and they didn't really set up an order for me. but thats just me i guess i like being guided through a story and playing the story rather than just kind of going through missions in what ever order i want to some extent of course.

I do agree that they didn't do a great job with flow in the last one, but that was never an issue for me in prior games or even RDR which you could literally play the entire way through just missions or fuck around for hours at a time just shooting cougars lol. Although with RDR I found it flowed perfectly between story and extra stuff.

'Grand Theft Auto V' character outed?
Quote
A character for Grand Theft Auto V has been revealed, according to a report.

A casting call for James Pedeaston, a character previously mentioned in GTA IV and GTA: San Andreas, has been posted by publisher Take-Two, according to Eurogamer.

Pedeaston is described as "a man-boy love activist who just got released from an Indonesian prison" in the casting call.

As Pedeaston was arrested in Grand Theft Auto IV by Indonesian police, it has been suggested that Grand Theft Auto V will be set in a later timeline.

Earlier this month, several cast members were advertised for the project, while previous rumours have said that it would be set in Hollywood.

Grand Theft Auto IV was released on multiple platforms in 2008.

Hope we can find more out soon  :)

Speaking of being pumped for a game coming out in less than a week.....

The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Walkthrough - Part 1

Ten part walk-through from the start of the full game.  I don't think I'll go more than one or two videos myself just to save the surprise of what's going to happen, but worth posting for those interested (or obsessed like me).

Anyone on here playing Star Wars - The Old republic? I'm really enjoying it so far. I like how Bioware have been brave enough to do things differently to the WoW approach which had become the standard for MMOs.

Thats inaccurate i can remember GTA Vice City winning game of the year for the Spike VGA's. Unless it was up for 2 years in a row.

Or maybe im remembering it wrong but i could have sworn thats what happened because its what made me want to play Vice City....maybe it was another award show.

Sadly... it's the truth.  I admit, it was one of the better Maddens they released in the past... but NO WAY it beats the likes of Vice City or Knights of the Old Republic.  I guess there's a reason I stopped watching that worthless excuse of an award show.

I watch it for the ridiculous amount of trailers they show. That's pretty much all they're good for. The 2011 show was especially bad. They had fucking Mark Hamill come out to the show and gave it to Stephen Merchant instead. Really?

Think I'll have a wank over these tomorrow.

Hey Greiman last night i went to wal mart and for $20 i got a PS3 controller that is pretty much just like an xbox 360 controller.  i recall you saying you had issues with the PS3 controller so i thought this might interest you.

It's not really the shape of the controller itself, it's the analog stick sensitivity.  But I'll definitely look into this considering the price.... still VERY unlikely to buy more shooting games because of it though, way too many clan members on XBL.
