Despite having a heavily hyped return, Abyss has been limited on television exposure for a couple of reasons. One, he was scheduled to start a program with Scott Steiner, who is now out for a knee injury. Also, the feeling is that Abyss was overexposed on TV prior to his absence and management wants to make sure they don't do that again.

I hope i did the quotes right it was my first time trying to type it.lol.

But as for abyss i always liked him and he has been my favorit big man for a while. i even got to shake his hand at a TNA live event i went to last year. but i think maybe using him less like for big angles may work better for him in the long run just so he won't get to played out.on the other hand i love seeing abyss so i wouldn't mind seeing him every week.
