Post your New Year resolutions here!

Mine is to complete a food detox diet. In 2012 my diet has been so unhealthy, I seriously can not remember the last time I had some fruit or veg.  The food detok will most likely be easier come mid January and all the Christmas junk has completely gone!

I'm also going to try and read more.

Lets check back in a years time to see if we've managed any of them!

I've got no resolutions, as I don't feel that there is anything that I need to give up or try to do.

If there was, I'd probably fail it anyway.

Mine are to find a decent job, cut down on alcohol, learn more things, pick up a hobby, eat healthier, work out, spend less money and use my time more productively.

Big Well Done! I noticed you changed you Facebook profile picture yesterday and in all honesty (and I don't want to make you uncomfortable) But you looked amazing. I'm sure it wasn't easy losing all that weight, look at me I'm on day 2 of diet detox and I'm already finding it hard to resits the urge to eat chocolate. Now I'm in a look situation where I'm not actually an unhealthy weight as I can eat like a horse and never seem to gain weight. But I can understand how hard it is to go from a unhealthy diet to a healthy diet.

Not sure how much longer I can go without chocolate though

Thanks! What helped me was not giving up everything i eat but just eating less and not eating the bad things too much and counting calories.
